The 96th All-Star Game is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia.
For Porter, a 48-year-old Pennsylvania native, this prestigious assignment represents a homecoming and another historic milestone in a highly distinguished career. He will call balls and strikes behind home plate for the first time in an All-Star Game.

- Extensive Postseason Experience: Porter’s robust resume features three World Series (2019, 2022, and 2025), four League Championship Series, seven Division Series, and five Wild Card Series. This marks his second career All-Star assignment overall, following his 2015 appearance as the right field umpire in Cincinnati.
