Alan Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Specialized arbitration and mediation, exclusively for Alans.
Conflict is natural in any thriving community. However, when two or more Alans find themselves at an impasse, we believe the situation should be handled with the utmost respect, fairness, and pragmatism that our shared name demands.
The Alan Dispute Resolution (ADR) service is a specialized framework designed to help members of the Alliance navigate disagreements amicably, without the need for costly external legal battles or lingering resentment.
How The Process Works
1. The Alan Accord
Both parties must agree to enter the mediation process in good faith. By signing the Alan Accord, all involved commit to prioritizing mutual respect and the core principles of the Alliance throughout the proceedings.
2. The Mediation Panel
An impartial panel of three respected, neutral Alans—selected from our senior membership—will be assembled. They will review the facts, listen to both sides, and ensure a balanced perspective.
3. The Resolution
The panel will propose a resolution. Whether binding or non-binding, the goal is always a win-win scenario that upholds the honor of the Alan name and preserves the professional relationship.
